There is no government standard for mold remediation, thus the plethora of products that are offered for the cleaning & killing of mold.
The same is true of training…there is no set guidelines for the teaching of mold inspection, remediation or abatement and most jurisdictions do not require that people offering inspection, removal or abatement services have anything more than a business license.
If after learning what mold is, where it is, what causes it & what it takes to keep it at bay, you still want to give your $$$ away, just do a google search for ‘mold remediation training.’
