Many people do not realize how effective black mold spores are at traveling.  One of the main ways black mold travels is through the air.  This is what makes mold travel all over the world and this is why there is pretty much everywhere you go.  And if the black mold spores do not choose to go airborne they can attach themselves to anything and everything.  It doesn’t matter what type of clothes you are wearing or what kind of shoes you have on they will cling to it until they find a more suitable place to live.  The best conditions for these mold spores to live are in dark, damp areas where the humidity levels are pretty high. 

But I use bleach to kill mold so I should be ok right?

Actually no, bleach can help with cleaning mold but it doesn’t get to the root of the problem.  The bleach will take the mold spores away for a short amount of time and then you will notice the black mold starting to grow again.  Plus, anyone who has used bleach will agree with me that the smell of bleach just is not fun and my eyes start to burn when I use it. 

In order to kill mold and be safe doing it you should have your handy mold cleaners available at any given time to prevent a mold spore outbreak.  I would recommend using a mold remover that is a complete organic and natural. One of the reasons is because you will not have to worry about any harsh fumes but better yet, these natural cleaning products are much more powerful than some of the named brand bleaches.  Some organic mold cleaners even encapsulate mold spores and permanently remove the mold and also keep it from returning in the future. Be on the ball when it comes to fighting black mold and you will not have to worry about it getting out of hand in the future.
